Type: autonomous world/on-chain sandbox Genre: sci-fi MMO strategy Core features: fully UGC-driven world & economy building. Play, create and own Platform: Desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux) Development stage: closed pre-alpha
Current web2/web3 games’ issues we are trying to solve: • Lack of liaison between users’ contribution (time & skills and efforts) and their compensation • Poorly designed and highly inflationary tokenomics • Lack of possibility and efficient tools for players to create any kind of in-game assets • In-game assets ownership: not your NFT = not your asset • Centralized and controlled distribution of in-game assets/unfair relationship between gamers and developers • Players’ involvement in game development, its strategy as well as tactical decisions
SpaceChip – on-chain NFT metagame project which: • benefits creative players by giving them away full control of in-game content/asset creation and ownership • crystallizes their time, skill and efforts (real true currency) in a native activity-derived token
Setting: procedurally generated universe with galaxies, stars, asteroid belts, black- and wormholes, nebulas, planets and its satellites.
Learning curve/thresholds: None. • free-to-play • no crypto wallet is required. Web3/NFT stack is under the hood, wrapped in a familiar web2 game mechanics and user experience • a couple of in-game objects upon signing in to understand gameplay and basic mechanics
Web3/NFT interaction: • built-in native wallet which generates public/private keys automatically upon registration • currently supported blockchains: Binance Smart Chain

Build your own technogenic race of NPC objects and robots. • Any in-game object of different level of complexity (e.g., buildings, simple tools, devices, factories, ships, robots, NPCs) is designed by player in native 3D-editor and assigned a list of activities – “blueprint”, his intellectual property (IP). It could be transferred or licensed to other players • Objects are built using different resources found by a player on planets, its satellites, asteroids, etc. Resource fields and its locations are also procedurally generated • Objects/NPCs could be “programmed” by player to execute a set of desired actions using a native “programming language”, a simple built-in tool. The code and its logic, called “firmware”, is also a player’s IP • Objects/NPCs are activated and execute its predefined logic with a special in-game asset – “Chip” • There are two types of Chips: Natural, created by players, and Genesis, which are limited edition NFTs • Natural Chips can be crafted using special token-resource (“Astium”), which could only be mined by a players’ activity in the game and in-game asset creation
NFT/in-game assets marketplace: Players who aren’t interested in blueprint/firmware design process, could use ready-made solutions, other players’ free-to-use copies or can buy one on in-game p2p-marketplace with Astium or other crypto. Any object (on-chain or off-chain) created in the game, could be sold via p2p-marketplace and smart contracts
Starting the Game: • Few blueprints/firmwares are available for each player. • 1 pre-built Object with 1 Natural Chip and 4 available activities: move, scan, mining and building.
• In-game native token (“Astium”) – currently off-chain token which is mined by players’ activity and in-game asset creation (time/skill/effort basis). No premint/IDO/ICO/IGO. Use cases: 1) make Natural Chip 2) upgrade both kind of Chips 3) fuel&repair Chips Also can be used as an in-game currency. • Genesis Chip – on-chain NFT-token which has special perks. Total quantity – 16 000. Can be purchased via public sale • Blueprint – 3D object draft with predetermined list of activities (e.g. “move”, “scan”, “mine”, “fire”, etc.) created by player. Could be off/on-chain NFT. Used to build tangible objects using resources • Firmware – a program specifically designed for a given object and created by player in the form of off/on-chain NFT token. Could be installed in every object which supports a list of activities embedded in firmware
• Game Client – standalone desktop app. Wallet is automatically generated upon first launch and is used as a player’s account. • Server – decentralized. Nodes could be run by players with a reward in the form of in-game native token (“Astium”).
